Waste Carrier Authorization

In Law 7/2022, of April 8, on waste and contaminated soils for a circular economy, “waste carrier” is defined as: that management operation consisting of the professional movement of waste on behalf of third parties, carried out by companies within the framework of their professional activity, whether or not it is their main activity.

The regulation establishes that any transfer of waste must be carried out by a company registered as such and with means of transport appropriate to the nature of the waste to be transported. For this, any company, self-employed individual, or professional must be registered as a waste transporter in the autonomous community where they carry out their main activity.

Co2nversions provides a consulting service and documentation preparation for obtaining the aforementioned registration, among others.
