Soil reports

Soil reports, established by the Ministry of Environment of each region, seek to balance environmental quality with economic progress. These reports identify activities that can cause contamination, whether in the industrial or commercial sectors, particularly those that include hazardous substances.

According to Real Decreto 9/2005, dated January 14, 2005, any contaminating activity must have a prior soil report, which must be presented to the Ministry of Environment. This report is essential for ensuring that businesses do not violate environmental regulations and are prepared for potential inspections.
