Environmental Impact Study
The environmental evaluation report is a critical technical tool for analyzing the effects that a project or activity may have on the natural environment. Our goal in conducting this type of research is to prevent and mitigate negative environmental impacts.
Companies in Spain are required to produce environmental impact studies as part of the environmental evaluation process, according to Law 21/2013, dated December 9, 2013. This legislation gives the state exclusive authority to regulate essential aspects of environmental protection. In 2018, the Ley 9/2018, dated December 5, included the requirement that businesses assess the vulnerability of their projects to major accidents or disasters.
